CAN I COMBINE MY ORDER?

Yes, you have to contact us within 24 hours before your order is shipped.

We can offer you a discount coupon on the shipping cost of $ 4 dollars for your second order only in the case if it has not been sent yet, otherwise you have to pay for the shipping.

 

DELIVERY SERVICES

The delivery time varies depending on the option you choose.
We have 3 options

First Class Package. - Time 2 to 5 business days  

Priority Mail.  - 1 to 3 business days.  

Priority Mail Express. - 1 business day.   (please take into account the processing time)

(on weekends and holidays the postal service does not work) 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you have to communicate within the first 12 hours to cancel your order.
a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
In the event that your order has already been sent, cancellation cannot be made, we do not accept returns in these cases.

WARRANTY.

 If the damage was manufacturing, please send a message with photos as soon as possible and we will make the replacement, we will cover the total cost.
